Karate

Students also have the opportunity to learn martial arts. It is not merely a play of attack and defence. It is much more. It instils in the learner a sense of self-control. The rigours of learning various techniques of martial arts channelize one's mental energy. One becomes very focused and disciplined and this perhaps, is its greatest advantage. The martial arts group concentrates particularly on training students in the popular defence technique of Karate.

Swimming

Swimming is an excellent method of exercise which relaxes both mind and body of children. Training children at a young age to swim is vital since it may come in handy later in life and it also serves as an enjoyable recreational activity. The pool gives students a chance to develop their swimming skills and a chance to have fun in the water. We have two swimming pools one a shallow pool for younger children and a deeper one for primary students. Each student will get the opportunity to learn swimming with the help of our experienced faculty.

Roller Skating

Skating is a fun and exciting activity for children. It is ideal for improving strength, balance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. It does not only help children to breathe properly and increase stamina but helps them to think more clearly, have a positive outlook on life and to be more physically fit.

Dance

Through the studying of instrumental music and playing, students learn countless lifelong skills that help them develop into intelligent, creative leaders. The cognitive abilities of the students grow and expand the longer they study music.

Instrumental Music

Dance has a major role in boosting students’ social development. When children dance, they express their emotions in front of their audience. With all that grooving, a child feels safe to open up to the world. Performing different forms of art or to be more specific, dance brings together children from different backgrounds and unites them into one group, this creates a home-like feeling for the kids which makes them get used to huge gatherings.

Craft

As with all creative pursuits, arts and crafts activities are a fantastic creative outlet. Through art, children can express themselves freely, and sometimes without realising! Subconsciously, children will be expressing their inner thoughts and feelings through their artwork. Art is a great way for children to reflect and manage their emotions. The process of turning a thought into a tangible piece of art is a brilliant way of allowing us to manage our internal thoughts and feelings, moulding them into something real. Moreover, art and creative pursuits are proven to have a positive impact on mental health and wellbeing.
